By accessing or using COPYNEX, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Description of the Service

COPYNEX is an AI content creation tool designed to assist users by generating written content drafts based on user-provided input. The Service is intended to support content creation workflows.

COPYNEX does not publish content on behalf of users. All generated content must be reviewed, edited, and approved by the user before use.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use COPYNEX. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

COPYNEX is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal) to charge the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

Prices, features, and plans may be modified at our discretion, with changes taking effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund.

Refund Policy

COPYNEX offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first subscription payment only.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial payment and are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. Subsequent payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use COPYNEX for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Generating content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringing
• Attempting to reverse engineer or misuse the Service
• Interfering with the security or operation of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in COPYNEX, including software, design, branding, and underlying technology, remain the property of NEXDIG LTD.

Subject to these Terms, users retain rights to the content they input and the generated output, except where restricted by law or these Terms.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

COPYNEX generates content based on user input using AI technology. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated content.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying content before publishing or use, including ensuring compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the Service, but availability may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXDIG LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to COPYNEX in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEXDIG LTD from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to COPYNEX at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that poses a risk to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Your use of COPYNEX is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
